WHAT'S NOT HIDDEN

wearing: top from asos, skorts from zara
just a short update on last night. what do you do when you're in uk and with no curfew from your parents? Uk is boring at night especially for someone like me who are so used to asian city that full of neon lights and signboard everywhere until an extend that I actually adore all these city lights. I'm abit of obsessed wit the hustle bustle city full with hawker stalls at the road side(and good food too). and things that are not allow to do when you're staying with your parents are the things that you definitely have to do it now. maybe I might find something in myself that I never know. I'm clear of what I want, but I might not know the way to reach it but I will try to make some effort for that. "Don't ever settle down, take control of your life." is what I'm trying to understand and wanted the most. I hate settling down even though I might find it hard to step out of my comfort zone. But i would rather try and no regret.

cheers.

the time long gone

so 2 weeks ago there was a malaysia festival going on at the old market square in nottingham city centre. that's when i get to do henna for the first time in my life! and it's free!(hah typical stingy malaysian) will try to do a henna theme photoshoot when I'm back to malaysia with winy(my bitchy partner that always willing to do stupid stuff with me) despite the weather being so abnormaly-freezingly cold, and a sudden down pour but  a double rainbow appeared on the sky after the rain sums up everything. and definitely loving that shoes i bought from primark (apparently I have join the enormous fans group of primark being a die hard regular customer) but their stuff are so cheap and why you need to spend so much money on those ridiculously overpriced branded stuff?

have a good day ahead folks!

cheers.

cliche

Hi ya! will try to update this blog as often as I can and hopefully I can finish posting all those really outdated post where I have been keep adding in to my to-post-list. these are some photos from the lake district getaway a week ago. have been slightly obsessed at how convenient of using iPhone as my camera to document my everyday life and somehow has neglected my baby DSLR. and for the last photo is a try-to-act-like-candid-but-not-so-candid-shot sitting on a random pier with some real cute duckling behind me as background.

cheers.

sunset in an autumn evening

surviving in a different country is a big challenge when the weather here is so unpredictable like a emotional bitch. The second time i went to London after months living in UK. and I could find quite alot of similar things  in london that remind me of my home country  which is thousand miles away and 8 hours of time difference. besides all those statement telephone booth and historical brown building, but i could actually feel slightly much familiar. these photos are part of my recent favorite that taken in london and wollaton hall in nottingham. and sorry for my report-alike-tone-of-writing that I cultivate after years of writing engineering reports.

cheers.

urban escape

wj photography is a page that I create with my best friend Winy that we use to post and share our life and photoshooting photos. and here is our first video of our hanging out chilling at a little cozy cafe that is hide inside a neighborhood in Bangsar. from the wooden hand-painted chair to all the homemade cakes and drinks, it's a really cool place to stay away from the hustle city. excuse our shaky hands while recording this video as we can't stop laughing at each other and we spent half a day over there as we are trapped by the heavy pour outside.

cheers.

The getaway

for the first time, there's not much sweating walking around penang and eating icing cold cendol under the rainy day. but penang is a really cool city in malaysia and you can find a lot of unique place at every corner.

cheers.
